We had a great time kayaking on Lake Kawaguchiko with Grahame. He was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the local region. The kayaking was a peaceful experience and a great start to our morning. He also had some good recommendations for other things to do in the area

Amazing Experience
My 4 year old son and I had the best start to the day kayaking with Grahame. Such a great value experience, that was well organised and fun! And although Mt Fuji was hiding while we were on the lake I’d still say it was a highlight of our time in the area and something I’d highly recommend!

Amazing kayaking with coffee!
Gram was absolutely awesome! He taught us about the historical background of Mt. Fuji and lake Kawaguchiko. We already knew how to Kayak but he was very knowledgeable about Kayaking and general safety as well as water survival. I highly recommend this activity if you're staying near lake Kawaguchiko.

Das beste was du machen kannst, um in den Tag zu starten! Wir hatten einen einzigartigen Morgen (7:00) auf dem See. Wir waren fast alleine auf dem See und hatten einen klaren Blick auf die Berge. Es war so peaceful da draußen. Wir haben die Gespäche mit Grahame sehr genossen und er hat uns viele Details über die Gegend erzählt. Die Fotos, die er von uns gemacht hat sind super geworden! Und der Kaffee war sehr lecker! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Grahame, für die tollen Gespräche und für die einzigartigen Erinnerungen! Absolute Empfehlung! Vorallem direkt am frühen morgen!

An Unforgettable Afternoon on Lake Kawaguchiko with Grahame
My wife and I did the 1pm kayaking tour on Lake Kawaguchiko, and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide, Grahame, made the whole thing special. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, Mt Fuji, and Japan in general, and his passion for the region really came through as we paddled. The atmosphere out on the lake was wonderful. Even though the clouds rolled in and hid Fuji from view, being out on that expansive water, taking in the scenery, and chatting with Grahame about soccer, life, Fuji, and everything in between was honestly one of the highlights of our whole trip to Japan. If you're on the fence about booking this, take it as your sign: go do it! This is a genuinely special experience with some of the best people you'll meet.

Really recommend this tour! Grahame is highly knowledgeable of the history of Fuji as well as Japanese culture. He’s also very friendly and a great photographer! Our group had a lovely time on Kawaguchiko enjoying the peaceful water and stunning views of Fuji-san. Excellent value and a fun experience!

A Peaceful and Memorable First Kayaking Experience
Our first time kayaking on Lake Kawaguchiko with my two daughters, aged 8 and 13, was such a fun and memorable experience! We really enjoyed learning how to coordinate and work together as a team. Grahame was very friendly, patient, and a great guide, showing us how to enjoy kayaking at our own pace. What touched us most was the peaceful beauty of the lake and mountains around us. Paddling through the calm water allowed us to slow down, enjoy the silence, and truly feel connected with nature. We loved every moment of it and would definitely love to come back and do it again!
